Our seafood manager, Steve Barresi comes to us with over 20 years experience in the seafood industry. He has worked as a salesman and buyer for his family owned live lobster company, as well as a team member in Whole Foods Market's seafood leadership program. He is passionate about seafood and delivers us top quality seafood daily from vendors with whom he has years of business relationships.

• We buy our fish daily to ensure the freshest product possible. We buy in small quantities and sell through every day.

• We specialize in ground-fish from New England waters such as Haddock, Cod, Grey Sole, Monkfish, Pollock as well as Swordfish, Yellow Fin Tuna, Live Lobster and a full line of shellfish and shrimp.

• All of our seafood is purchased only from vendors we have selected over the years that take extra care in the handling of their fish to maintain only the highest in quality standards such as proper icing, catching methods and time at sea.

• All fish species are inspected at the docks when unloaded.

• Once fish is unloaded off our trucks and brought into our HACCP certified facility, it is checked for proper temperature controls and then packed in wax boxes with plenty of ice to keep product at optimum temperature.
